DSGVO: Information for participants and officials

Due to the EU privacy policy (DSGVO), which came into effect on 25.05.2018, we inform all participants and officials of the sports event “Austria-Open” about the data we collect.

For the organization of the event data (last name, first name, date of birth, type of sports equipment, age group, association and e-mail address) must be recorded by the organizer. These data will be saved until the next “Austria-Open”. If no “Austria-Open” takes place anymore, all data will be deleted.
You have the right to information about this data, correction, deletion and limitation of the processing of this data at any time, as well as a right to object to the start of the “Austria-Open” against the processing of data and the right to data portability.
You have the right to complain to the regulator.
The provision of the data is required for a partial name at the “Austria-Open”.

In particular, publication takes place in subscriber lists, start lists and result lists. These lists are made available to the public.
This concerns the following data: type of sports equipment, last name, first name, age group, association, results, ranking, jury decision.

If you do not agree with a publication, a participation in the “Austria-Open” is not possible.

We assume that the sending of the registration data by their association, their consent to the publication was given.
